Mike Rose

Mike started his legal career with the Department of Justice in 1977 and completed his articles with Herold Gie & Broadhead in 1979. He joined Morkel & De Villiers as a professional assistant in 1980 and was appointed as a partner in 1982.

Mike specializes in conveyancing and general litigation. Outside of the office Mike has been heavily involved in the Helderberg community having been Headboy in his matric year at Hottentots Holland High School, and subsequently Chairman of Somerset West Round Table in 1992, Captain of Somerset West Golf Club in 1993 / 1994, President of Somerset West Golf Club 2009 / 2010, and a past President and Life Member of De Beer’s Football Club.
